Participation in the Friends Referral Program is open to people 18 years of age or older, non-employees of Gemisphere, and only to the extent allowed by the law.

You must be an existing Gemisphere customer to refer others. An existing Gemisphere customer is someone who has purchased any Gemisphere product (including gemstones, books, and videos), or who has attended a Gemisphere workshop.

You can refer only someone who has not already been referred by someone else and only people who are not members of your immediate family or household.

Gemisphere will credit your account in the amount of 10% of the retail purchases (not including shipping charges or returns) made by your referral for one year after his or her initial purchase. (For example, if your referral, Jane, makes her first purchase on December 1, 2006, you will receive a 10% credit on all purchases that Jane makes during the next year—that is, until December 1, 2007.)

You can use your credit toward your purchase of any Gemisphere product, including gemstones, books, videos, and workshops.

Your credit will be available within 60-90 days of each qualifying purchase.

The credit you receive for each qualifying purchase will be available for up to one year following its original posting to your account. (For example, if Jane makes a purchase on May 10, 2006, the credit you earned from that purchase will be available for you until May 10, 2007.) Any unused credit will expire exactly one year from the date of its original posting.
