Here at Gemisphere, providing only therapeutic-quality gemstones is both our mission and our challenge. 1. Gaze into the necklace. Allow its color and energy to enter your being through your eyes. Drink in its essence with your eyes.
2. Open your heart and all aspects of yourself to the gemstones' energy. Welcome it. Acknowledge your willingness to change and to accept the process of release.
3. Introduce it to your body by touching it to the three windows on the body for a few seconds each:
• The navel
• Acupuncture point SP 21 on the left side only (at nipple level under the armpit)
• Acupuncture point CV 21 (1.5 inches below the throat notch in the upper breastbone)
4. Then hold the necklace about 12 inches in front of your chest and slowly bring the necklace to your heart. As you do, energetically breathe it in. Then hold it for a moment on your heart, and let in its energy even more deeply. Spend a moment receiving it in gratitude.
5. Place the necklace around your neck.
6. Keep it in your aura constantly, no more than three feet from your physical body.
7. Cleanse it regularly!
