New Tip! Getting to Know Your Gemstones When your new therapeutic gemstone necklace arrives in the mail, take a few minutes to get acquainted. By simply holding the necklace in your hands, you will wake up your body to the gems’ energy. Doing so will help you quickly form a connection with your gems and will aid their introduction to your body and aura. When you remove your necklace from its package, hold it in your hands for a few minutes to warm the gems. Get to know the gemstones’ energy with all your senses. Let their light fill your eyes. Hold them to your ears and open yourself to their subtle sound emanation. Hold the gems to your heart and feel them. Many energy meridians begin and end in your hands. Holding the gemstones awakens these meridians, and thus your body, to the gems’ energy. Contact with your body also activates the gems and facilitates the dynamic flow that occurs when the gemstones go to work for you. Before placing the gems around your neck, perform another simple technique to open even deeper pathways for the gems’ energy to access your body and aura. Simply bunch the necklace in your hand and touch the gems to three therapy windows for a few seconds each:
Then hold the necklace straight out in front of you, and very slowly bring it toward your heart chakra. Imagine a column of white light between the gems and your chest. Be sensitive to how you feel. If, at any point, you feel energetic resistance to the movement of the gems, allow the light to dissolve it. Hold the necklace on your heart chakra, and spend a few moments receiving it in gratitude. Then place the necklace around your neck. Ideally, wear it touching some part of your skin. |
