You can perform this therapy using up to three other gemstone necklaces. Using more than three other necklaces in one treatment session can give the body too many changes to process at once. You can keep the other gemstone necklace(s) on one placement location or move them to many different locations in one treatment session.
Metal in Combination Necklaces
Because Clear Topaz enhances the skin’s ability to absorb energies, in general Clear Topaz should not be worn when metal objects are touching the body. However, any gold clasps or beads included in a therapeutic combination necklace are part of the formula on which the necklace is based and therefore contribute to its overall therapeutic effect. Unless such a necklace is contraindicated for other reasons, it can be used with Clear Topaz in this therapy.
Indications
Since this therapy is used to enhance the effects of other therapies, refer to the indications for therapies that employ the placement of therapeutic necklaces.
You can place a therapeutic gemstone necklace on any distressed area of the body to uplift the area and ease its disharmony. Of course, the better a gemstone’s effects match the needs of the placement location, the better the results will be. If your personal gemstone pharmacy is limited, the placement of any gemstone necklace can offer some relief.
Effects
When you wear Clear Topaz around your neck and simultaneously place other gemstone necklaces on your body, the energies of the other gemstones will be infused into the placement areas of the body. When you wear a Clear Topaz necklace, the body becomes more permeable to concentrated sources of other energies, such as gemstones. The Clear Topaz enhances the body’s ability to receive and accept the energies of other gems. Thus, when you place another therapeutic gemstone necklace on your body, the body incorporates the changes initiated by the other necklace more readily and easily.
Procedure

Determine the area(s) of the body you wish to treat. |

Select one or more gemstone necklaces to treat these areas. |

Place the Clear Topaz necklace around your neck. For best results, wear it for 15 minutes before proceeding to Step 4. |

Place one other necklace on each area you wish to treat. Leave the necklaces there for about five minutes. |

Do one of the following: |

Remove the Clear Topaz and all other necklaces. |

Place the other necklaces on different locations for five minutes each. If you are using one necklace, you can move it from one location to another for a maximum of one hour of therapy. |

When the treatment is over, remove all gemstones, including the Clear Topaz, and cleanse them. |
Time Guidelines
With the help of Clear Topaz, within less than five minutes, the body usually absorbs all the energies it can from a gemstone necklace placement. In some cases, this saturation will occur within a few seconds; in others, the body can actively and healthfully consume the other gems’ energy for more than five minutes.
If you keep the other gemstones on for a few minutes past the saturation point, the body can usually cope. However, if the gemstone is not removed after five or ten extra minutes beyond the original five, unnecessary stress can result. Therefore, unless you use a reliable answer-receiving technique to determine exactly how long the body wants the gemstone placement to continue, keep the placements under five minutes. This will prevent the body from becoming overwhelmed with more gemstone energy than it can handle.
